Willow City Retreat is the ultimate getaway from it all. Located about 16 miles North from downtown Fredericksburg, this quaint little cottage is perfect for those wanting to get away from it all. After a long day of shopping on Main or touring our local wineries, the Willow City Retreat is far enough away to escape the city life and relax. The house is equipped with everything you will need for your perfect, relaxing vacation you've been dreaming about. And yes we serve Breakfast. Birthday eclipse

Hosts were as friendly as can be in order to respect privacy of guests. We got an unanticipated crustless quiche that stretched to a couple of breakfasts. My birthday was on the day of the solar eclipse and Billy insisted on getting me a birthday cake and even went gluten-free for dietary needs. Wildflowers were abundant and beautiful this time of year. Chickens and deer roam the property for entertainment value.

Amazing place to stay!

We had the best experience ever! The cabin was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was great and very peaceful and only a short 18 minute drive to main st to do some fun shopping. Everything about this cabin is flawless. It makes you feel right at home and we loved every bit of it. The host Billy was so kind and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be back to this cabin soon and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect location and peace and beauty all in one. Thank you Billy for everything and we will see you soon.

Willow Retreat

Enjoyed our stay. Host was very gracious, stocked our refrigerator with lots of wonderful breakfast items. Bed was fabulously comfortable. Drive over to Fredericksburg was very scenic. Loved sitting on the front porch each evening. We saw several deer. Would stay again next time we make a trip back to Fredericksburg.
