About Rhonda Sprague
We decided to keep it in the family! We are 2 sisters who decided to take a leap and fix our inheritance up. Now you get to enjoy it affordably. It's been hard work and sweat labor but it's finally ready! We want you to enjoy it like we do. Our father and grandfather originally used it for hunting season for decades. Our brother enjoyed fishing, hunting and motocross trail riding and I feel he would appreciate what we have done with this place (he's no longer with us).
Rhonda Sprague purchased this Cabin in 1961

Nice rustic retreat
It was what we were looking for. Close to ORV trails, great canoeing, and close to a variety of area attractions. short trip to Ludington, Cadillac, and Traverse City. Plenty of hiking also. It is a quiet getaway. The cabin was a little more rustic than expected. Overall we had a great time.
Nice and simple
Great location to river and town. Clean and quiet. I would use the facility again. Rhonda was very helpful and responsive.
Very clean and simple cabin
Enjoyed our visit at the cabin. Close to Baldwin and very quiet. We visited the Shrine of the Pines. Great for canoeing, off roading and snowmobiling. No TV while we were there, but didn't miss at all. Owner was adding a digital antennae the following week.
