Come home to a townhome in the heart of the greater Phoenix area. This Tempe property has been chosen with LOCATION in mind offering convenient access to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa areas! You are a short drive from the phoenix airport, ASU campus, ASU Gammage Auditorium, Downtown Tempe, Chase Stadium, Phoenix Convention Center, golfing, hiking and baseball’s Spring Training.

We have designed these 3 bedrooms 2 bath vacation home that SLEEPS 8 with a modern flare to match your lifestyle and create a home away from home.

The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV, the second room has a queen bed, and the third room 2 twin beds. A queen air mattress and bedding are also stored in the master closet. Elegant yet homey, the living room has ample seating boasting a 55 inch 4K TV, with a Blu-ray player. The front patio has a large table and a BBQ in a courtyard, while a cozy back patio offers privacy yet tranquility to enjoy the Arizona's weather. Access to a washer and a dryer are located behind doors in the kitchen near the garage.

Two week stay! March 28-April11/23

I really loved the layout of this townhouse! Great for a family. Very comfortable. Dishwasher and Fridge were great. Laundry worked well. Location was very good to many areas in the valley. The whole neighborhood was quiet and very well manicured. Really liked the setup of the ensuite, (could use a little bit of upgrading) though). Very enjoyable stay!

Host lists as newly remodeled it did not appear to be. Cost was not as listed. We received a message from host day before checkin Main bedroom blinds needed to be opened/closed in specific way to keep from breaking (blinds were mismatched ) Reverse Osmosis not working. We arrived to find carpets filthy and frayed, there was food and garbage under the couch ,walls had chipped paint and damage showing metal and drywall in multiple rooms, bathroom sinks, shower, tub had old, crusty worn out faucets that were extremely difficult to use, patio tables were very dirty and full of debris. We have photos, unfortunately there is not a place to add photos. Positives Good location, good washer and dryer, nice dishes, plenty of paper goods.

Great house and location.

The house was very nice and well set up. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very convenient. Everything was close by. The heat was an issue for our 92 year old mother but it was fixed half way through our stay. The community hot tub never worked but it would have been a convenience not an essential item. The bathrooms are dated and could use updating but not a show stopper. We really enjoyed our stay.
