This cozy condo in Gulf Shores allows you to walk to the beach and restaurants on a whim and enjoy amenities like a shared pool and hot tub, as well as views from the balcony. You'll also have a private washer/dryer and cable.

A 20-mile drive will take you to Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail for hiking and biking while nearby Adventure Island offers family fun. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Gulf Beach State Park are both 13 miles away, featuring boardwalks, sand dunes, and picnic areas. Fort Morgan offers boat launches and water views just nine miles away, and Hummingbird Ziplining boasts the longest course in Alabama.

Things to know:
Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.
Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee. Purchasing an amenities pass will grant access to amenities in the Plantation Dunes building and the Resort Conference building.
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Vacasa office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
Due to Hurricane Sally in 2020, this property may have noticeable repairs as you enter the resort or complexes. Access to resort amenities and parking areas may be limited.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
