Nice apartment 150 meters from the sea! On the ground floor. About 70 square meters comprises entrance hall, living room, Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom bed. With ample outdoor space (about 60 square meters).
Very spacious and comfortable for up to 6 people. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
At 150 mt. Galilei from the promenade and the nearest beach with various beaches and equipped establishments leading to Green Bay.
At about 1500 meters there are the 'Samsara' and 'Zen' (shores of great attraction for tourists, especially the younger ones). Just 300m from Parco Gondar.

Piacevole vacanza

L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato molto piu grande rispetto a come lo si vede in fotografia, visto la temperatura molto calda ci è tornato utile il condizionatore, al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Lucia molto gentile , ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige in quanto siamo arrivati presto rispetto al orario previsto per il check in, e al momento della partenza avendo il treno tardi ci ha permesso di restare piu del dovuto in casa ,quindi ci ha fatto un grande favore che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La casa aveva biancheria da cucina e da letto , un supermercato vicinissimo , il top per chi come noi non aveva l'auto. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e cosi anche ristoranti discoteche etc etc Grazie a Luca e Lucia

stupenda vacanza

Era la terza volta nel salento, la seconda a Gallipoli ed è andata proprio bene. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per tutto. Li ringrazio anche per gli ottimi consigli sia sulle spiagge che sui ristoranti. Appartamento carino, ben attrezzato e pulito, ma soprattutto la posizione è sicuramente ideale: pizzeria di fronte casa, supermercati, bar, spiaggie e lungomare a pochi metri. Abbiamo abbandonato la macchina che abbiamo usato solo per due giorni per raggiungere Santa Maria di Lueca e Otranto (che consiglio di visitare entrambi). Comodissimo, pratico e anche grande per una famiglia di 3 persone. Due anni fa eravamo finiti in un appartamento davvero molto piccolo e asfissiante. Speriamo di tornarci presto. Saluti Vincenza.

Ottima esperienza

Casa comodissima e ben curata. Nel quartiere ci sono tutti i servizi e non si ha bisogno dell'auto per andare in spiaggia. Il mare e' vicinissimo. Il proprietario e' disponibilissimo e molto cordiale. Ritorneremo anche quest'anno.
