Located just north of town, BeachHaven Condo is a jewel of a property. Currently only 1 bedroom (soon to be 2) and 1 bath and 2 car garage. Custom everything. This condo is the entire structure shown, no other units attached. Very private. Partially covered deck. Beautifully furnished and everything you need to relax at the beach, INCLUDING electric reclining couch and loveseat. Sit by the fire and catch up on some TV or movies on the 65" JVC TV with surround sound or lay in your king size bed and watch there. No detail overlooked. A quick walk to restaurants and a direct line to paved beach access. Photos speak for themselves but it shows much better in person. Newly listed. ALL NEW FURNISHINGS (not the left overs from years gone by.....). You'll want to come back. Or as the 1st guest said "we're speechless....."

Private escape

This is a well-decorated, solidly furnished home away from home. The photos accurately depict the interiors. I especially appreciated all the big windows allowing the light to play around the rooms. The furniture is very comfortable and generously proportioned. The house is easy to find and the garage situation is ideal. All the appliances were in working order and the cupboards were filled with everything one would need to prepare and serve meals. Towels and bedding were of good quality. It’s an easy walk down the access road to the beach trails and you can walk into town on a quiet backstreet parallel to the main drag. We had an issue which was successfully resolved by the owner. Communication was easy via text.

No cleaning done prior to our stay.

We arrived at the unit for a 5 night stay to find dirty sheets on the floor, the bed not made and found that the unit had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The owner was contacted and indicated that the cleaning person was in the hospital. He also indicated that that no one would be available to clean the unit. We found clean sheets and made the bed and cleaned the unit during our stay. The owner indicated he would give us a partial refund. We fixed several things and discussed other things that needed to be addressed with the owner. We still have not heard anything about the partial refund. The unit was a very nice unit in a nice location that has not been taken care of by the owner and the cleaning people.

Getaway

The weather was not good. But we were at the beach. We got to experience freezing rain at the beach. The next day when the sun shone in the ice covered beach grass was beautiful! This is our second time staying here. Lovely place.

Lovely, modern condo close to the beach

Lovely condo, walking distance to downtown Long Beach. Very clean. The parking requirements were a bit confusing at first, but very understandable once we saw the overall parking situation. We had a little blip with communication via the VRBO app, but email to the property manager worked.
