Your Suncadia escape sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and adjoins a green belt and the trail system. This allows you to walk, bike, ski or snowshoe from the door directly to miles and miles of trails. It is lush, forested and private.

You will live in a custom, timber-frame home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite and a guest suite are downstairs. Two additional guest bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs.

Also downstairs is the great room with kitchen, dining area and living area, and a laundry-room. Halfway upstairs, above the garage, sits an entertainment- and/or play-room.
