About En Toutes Saisons Agency's team
We are based in Cénac and Saint Cyprien, in the heart of the Dordogne, and act as year round caretakers for the beautiful residences we look after, all within a 30kms radius of our office. We know them inside and out, and so can recommend the most suitable property for you. In the majority of cases, our properties are second homes, regularly occupied by the owners. As such they are fully equipped and benefit from a superior comfort and decoration. By renting through us you avoid the middleman and so benefit from rental prices free of commission charges. You can see our wide selection of holiday homes on our site: http://www.holiday-gites-dordogne.com We look forward to welcoming you soon to the Dordogne! The En Toutes Saisons Team

Fabulous Gites in superb location
This property was exactly as described. Absolutely spotless everywhere. The chemical smell of septic tank chemicals which is a necessity in these hard to reach rural locations was evident on arrival but with some airing of the rooms during our stay it was fine. An absolutely great location - the patio area was fabulous & it was an easy walk down to the riverside for lunch/dinner - lots of things to do & see close by. Would really recommend the 5k walk to Chateaunaud along river - very easy walk & meant we could have a nice leisurely lunch in the grounds of the chateau before walking back. Lots of markets in close by villages & prices in restaurants were very reasonable. Loved our stay here & will definitely be back. Very easy to organise & the agent met us very promptly.
Thankyou for your kind comments and we are delighted that y ou enjoyed your stay at La Roque Gageac!
Walked Out Before We Stayed
We walked into the house and my husband had an allergic reaction to something in the house. We walked out and asked the owners, which to my understanding is a management company with multiple rental options, for another location in which to stay. We told them it could be anyplace in the general area , no requirements for our 4 nights. The response was: even if they had a place, they would have to charge us full price and they would not rebate any money. We picked the house, so we had to pay for it.
Poor customer service. Poor house quality. Shame on them! Do not recommend this company nor this house.
We were extremely surprised your aggressive attitude at your arrival at the house. We think that the "allergic reaction" to the house was in fact more of a reaction to the stairs leading up to the property and the mobility problems of your husband than to any problem in the house itself, especially considering that you told us you had not even entered the house, but just opened the door into the kitchen. We do manage other properties but as we explained to you , not only was it a very busy bank holiday weekend and most of our houses were already booked, but if you had informed us at the time of booking that your husband had mobility problems, we would have been able to recommend other properties with an easier access and a single story house. As is clearly explained in the announce of this house there are many stairs and the house itself is on three levels. This same house received a 5 star review in April, and the guests who have just left also loved the house, so we are extremely surprised and disappointed by your comments.
Wonderful stay! Enjoyed the view and the wonderful bed and shower!
Thankyou for your kind comments! We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at Hauts de la Roque and hope to see you on a future visit to the Dordogne! Enjoy the rest of your trip.
A lovely house in an idyllic setting!
All good things come to an end unfortunately! We have just spent a wonderful week in this lovely gite, on the outskirts of the beautiful village La Roque Gageac.
The house has been tastefully modernised, with all mod cons - internet, satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen with huge worktops. The bedroom is small but perfectly adequate, nestled under the eaves. But our favourite spot was the large terrace, a real sun trap, with great views over the valley, perfect for the morning croissant, or evening drinks!!
Parken in ca. 100 m möglich .
In the heart of the Black Perigord, and close to all the major tourist attractions of the area, Les Hauts de la Roque, is the ideal starting point for discovering the region.
Situated just 200m from the village centre, you can easily walk to the shops (including a boulangerie and small grocers shop), the many excellent restaurants, and a weekly local producers market, every Friday morning from June to September on the banks of the Dordogne river.
Being a resident of La Roque, a visit of the village with its narrow alleyways, its exotic garden, the troglodyte fort perched at the top of the village, or a trip on the flat bottomed boats are not to be missed!
