As you enter up the stairs and turn left, you'll discover an open living room and a gourmet kitchen with generous windows casting natural light throughout the area. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it a breeze to cook anything from pancakes to pasta. Kids will love to eat a snack on the island bar stools or small casual dining area. The large table serves as an ideal place to spend time together over dinner. Off the living room area, the tranquil balcony overlooks a private oasis while you enjoy the seclusion of tropical foliage. Step down the spiral staircase to take a dip in the pool and enjoy some time in the sun. Go ahead, relax on the hammock as it sways side to side to the rhythm of the palm trees.

The adjacent outdoor seating area invites guests to enjoy a cocktail (or two) from the outdoor bar while playing a game of pool. Watch your favorite show on the big screen while accompanying the BBQ chef with some conversation. You'll also come across a glorious master bedroom that includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom offering a walk-in shower and a “his and hers” vanity. Past the other guest bathroom, you'll find a bonus family area with a hideaway bed and a cozy study area. The stairway that leads you to a rooftop terrace where views of the ocean will send tingling sensations up and down your spine. From a little morning coffee with Anna Maria to a meal with the sunset, what more could you ask for? Finding your favorite constellation with nightly stargazing!

In the garage, you'll find plentiful beach toys perfect to enjoy the warm Anna Maria Island weather. A provided wagon easily allows you to tote your cooler and other gear if you're headed to the beach or stock up on fresh produce if you're going to the local farmers' market.
