For rent, in the heart of the medieval city of DINAN, a T2 apartment of 50 m2 renovated, on the ground floor of a pleasant small residence.
Independent entrance. Dining room living room with BZ sofa with a very good bed of 140, fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, oven, mini oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 1 12-cup coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils , complete crockery).
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, Shower room with shower, separate WC, LCD TV, radio-CD, DVD player.
Supply of products for maintenance, dishes and cleaning.
A participation of 30 € will be required at your departure if the cleaning has not been done properly.
In spring and fall, heating is in addition to the rental.

Appartement très bien situé à quelques pas du secteur piétonnier et historique. Calme et doté d'un garage en sous-sol, un plus indéniable dans une ville où il est difficile de se garer
