Awarded 4-stars in 2018 by the Charente-Maritime tourist office, this is a sunny and spacious apartment with fantastic views over the Atlantic from the south facing terrace.

With its luxurious appointments and equipment it is located a mere 50 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the village center with its vibrant fishing harbour and its restaurants and shops.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped including bedsheets, bath-, hand- & beach towels, electricity & water, WIFI and final clean on departure.

Lounge furniture is made available from May 1 to October 31. Outside of this period deckchairs with cushions and blankets are provided to enable you to enjoy the view and the fresh air.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement très bien situé

Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour son emplacement, sa vue mer et sa décoration refaite à neuf. Et nous avons fait le bon choix. Certes la résidence a besoin d’un rafraîchissement (prévu cette année) mais tout est oublié une fois la porte ouverte. L’appartement est cossu, bien décoré et on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La vue de mer est mieux qu’en photos même :-) Bref, rien à ajouter, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
