Contemporary Pool Home - Close to Beach

Location, Location, Location.. 3BR / 2BA updated pool home. 1 mile to beach. Home sits on an oversize corner lot, plenty of parking space, no HOA, basketball hoop, pool / ping pong game table, outdoor shower, large patio. We designed this place with entertaining in mind and encourage our guests to do the same. Master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedrooms have a queen bed and set of twin beds in the other. Grey couch in living room can serve as a very comfortable twin bed. Equipped with beach gear, bikes, toys available. Heated Pool.

Great location!

This house is the perfect location for me. House is older but has new amenities and is well kept. Pool was on the smaller side from previous rentals but it was nice not to have a cage. All in all a wonderful month’s stay!

Love the House

Great house. Nice street, quiet, but very close to everything Naples offers. Very comfortable and I and two girlfriends thought the house was perfect for our 5 day getaway. Beaches, Seagate and Clam Pass very close by and Vanderbilt down the road. Nice sitting area under shade near the pool as well as good seating for sunning. Jordyn was a very available for any questions which were minimal.
