Very nice and clean place, beautifully decorated and cozy. However, there is no AC and no way to air the property without letting the bugs in - it would be great to add mesh door in the back.

Nice getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice, quiet area. A nice walk to shopping, grocery store, coffee shop; and by car, restaurants. “Downtown” Pagosa a little further away, but just minutes. The condo was pretty much as described and pictured. Nice quaint decor. Queen bed in upstairs loft, no private sleeping quarters (which was fine since it was just my husband and I). The mattress was a bit mushy. Having a washer and dryer, fridge, Keurig and full kitchen was great. Cookware and dinnerware minimal, so for anyone wanting to cook a full meal they would need to bring their own pots/pans. Owner very responsive when we had questions during our stay. I can see us going back to Pagosa Springs in the future. ;)

Amazing location!

This was our first time to Colorado and Pagosa Springs. The condo was great and we were very pleased with the area! We will be back!
