You will be welcomed in the studio / independent room furnished with tourism 2 stars, adjoining our house overlooking a private terrace and which contains a bathroom, a bed 140, two armchairs, a coffee table, a storage cabinet , a bar table, a kitchnette.
To enjoy your stay, the studio for two people gives access to a terrace in the east where you can have your breakfast, read, relax.
If you rent bicycles, you can leave them on the terrace. You will access the accommodation through the large gate in front of the room.
The owner reserves the rest of his property.

A pair of sheets is provided, towels are not included.
The kitchenette will allow you to have your breakfast or a quick lunch. In fact, a small fridge, a microwave oven, a hob, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker is available.
The neighborhood invites rest, we expect our guests, respect for places and the discretion of travelers.
Our guests will have access to the bedroom and the private bathroom and the terrace overlooking the room only by the large gate facing the room. You will feel free and at home. The terrace of the owner giving the opposite, West side; access to the house being completely separated.
It is convenient to come by train from Bordeaux on La Hume (Gujan-Mestras) (40 minutes), the independent room that we propose is 12 minutes walk from the train station of La Hume.
The main roads are nearby.
Buses pass the end of the street, a bus service is set up to the ocean beaches.
The district of La Hume is very pleasant, is part of Gujan-Mestras and offers all the shops and various attractions (Amusement Park, Bowling, Casino, ..). You can go get your bread on foot, go shopping, go to restaurants nearby!
The port and the beach are 12 minutes walk. What could be better than walking, cycling, eating oysters at the Port, walking around, having a drink at the beach!
The train is convenient to avoid traffic if you want to take a trip to Arcachon (5 minutes) or Bordeaux (40 minutes).
You will have the pleasure to meet our cat Pirouette, guardian of the place.
It is also very pleasant to cycle. Indeed, many bike paths allow to go around the basin of Arcachon South and North to go to the ocean beaches, visit the ports. By bike, to go to Arcachon, count on 25 minutes, the time of a pleasant ballad.
At the end of the street, on the right or on the left, parking spaces will allow you to park your vehicle correctly.
