Home on a spacious private lot - Walking distance to beach

This is a 5 bedroom home on a 2,500 square meters lot.
The lot is completely closed, offers great privacy and is ideal for big groups celebrations as the common areas are very spacious.
The lot is equipped with a pool and a large gazebo area.

The two attendants live on the second home in the lot and are available in case of any questions or concern.

The house can host 14 guests overnight but the lot can easily host 50 to 60 guests comfortably.

**Events and large gatherings of more than 14 guests are allowed at an extra cost. **

**Note that in some cases the pool area can be shared with guests staying at the other home on the lot**

Lots of space.

The family had a great time at the pool and the patio area , management was disorganized and could use a bit more of commun courtesy, the day we of our departure, I was ask for an additional deposit ; a month after our visit I'm still waiting for my last minute deposit., on the other hand, we pay for the home food menu and endup with food poisoning, it was awful. My recommendations are do not do ANY $ transfers to management like I did and be taken advantage of and get your food from a local restaurant.

Best place that i ever stay in boca and i have been staying there so many tkmes. The people welcome you with so much love .you cant ask for more. I look forward to stay there again in August if God willing.
