One level Home that is very convenient to MTSU and downtown (no Steps). Walk to graduations or games at Middle Tennessee State University.. All hardwood and tile. New granite countertops. Very updated. Large Concrete Patio, fire pit, very convenient to Nashville, shopping, Stones River National Battlefield, Murfreesboro Historic Square, Restaurants, The avenue and I 24. Covered patio with plenty of seating for gathering. Four bedrooms with two full baths. Two king size beds. One queen, two twin beds.

TSSAA State Girls Basketball Tournament March 2024

My family rented this house to watch my niece play in the state tournament at Murphy Center. This property is very close which is what we were looking wanting. We were able to walk to the games. The house is charming and great. Lots of space. Large rooms. We will stay again!

Good property for a group stay

Me, my husband, our two adult daughters, my brother in law, and nephew stayed here for 3 nights after Christmas. The house is as pictured and described. Conveniently located - although there is road noise since it is on a fairly busy street. Everything was clean. Kitchen seems to be well stocked although we didn't cook. It was a good size for 6-8 people and has a nice covered patio with seating. There is also an office area in the large laundry room that was really useful for the two of us who had to do some work/calls while we were there. The only downside is the two bathrooms are quite small and nowhere to really put your toiletries and not enough places to hang towels for that many people. But we would stay here again.

MTSU Weekend

We were in Murfreesboro visiting my daughter at MTSU. The Middle Tennessee house is in a location close to campus which made attending events on campus very easy. The house was clean and comfortable for our group. The owner was accommodating and responsive to messages. This was a perfect location for what we needed.
