A warm & cozy haven in the midst of it all; Universal City, Toluca Lake, Studio City, and No-Ho Arts District. We’re inviting you to be our guests in our brand-new guesthouse. We have all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay . The unit is a new construction with a queen size bed, superior mattress and soft sheets. We have air conditioning, heater, full kitchen, bathtub shower, Samsung smart TV and a very large outdoor space with furniture, grill and electrical plug for your electronics.

This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy.

Perfect for two

Our stay was great. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating. The place was easily accessed, clean and stocked with cold water, a couple snacks and a welcome note. The guest houst is perfect for two to enjoy a trip to Universal Studios or the area, excellent location/neighborhood. It had everything we needed and any food was close by too! If we come back in this area we'll be staying here again.
