Enjoy living inside a seaside jewel, swimming in a heated 45-ft. pool, watching golden sunrises and spectacular sunsets from the gorgeous upstairs palapa, with an uncrowded beach just steps away. Located on San Pedrito Beach and close to the Cerritos surf break and the charming town of Todos Santos, our luscious oasis is a world away from chaotic touristy areas, yet within minutes of fine cuisine, art, music venues, yoga and world-class surf. Adventure or relaxation are yours to choose.
Inside a private entrance gate, open the large arched wooden doors and enter an enchanting setting. From the detailed artisanship of the brick work, to the flagstone floor, to the mermaid dressing room, to the gorgeous bathroom with a stone grotto shower -- you will experience the aesthetic pleasure of living within a unique piece of architectural art.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and your afternoon appertifs upstairs, which features an intricately woven palapa roof with a hanging moroccan lantern, saltillo tiled floor and stunning views, as well as a comfy queen bed. It is a truly spectacular setting from which to watch the sun and moon rise over the mountains and glorious sunsets over the ocean.
Saunter down the stone pathway to your private 45 ft. solar-heated pool surrounded by many palms and brilliantly colored bougainvillea. Relax in the warmth of the Baja sun or get a nice workout swimming laps. There is a beautiful grotto-style full bath next to the pool for after-beach or pool use.
At one end of the pool is a gas barbecue with a tiled/stucco counter and sink. Enjoy outdoor dining at our unique, custom made 9 ft. stone table.
At the other end of the pool is a separate, romantic and charming casita with its own kitchen and bath. The casa and the casita sleep 4 (2 each) very comfortably. They both have air conditioning, screens on the windows and doors, plus mosquito netting over the beds. The queen bed upstairs could accommodate 2 others. The WiFi is very fast and reliable.
The ambience of our home and property is peaceful and captivating. The subtle lighting at night in and around the pool and landscaping creates an entrancing effect. Drift off to sleep to the rhythm of the waves and gently awaken to the delight of bird songs.
