**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Powder Run has an incredibly desirable location in lower Deer Valley – an easy walk to the slopes at the Snow Park base, with the Carpenter Express and the Silver Lake Express, as well as two beginner lifts near the ski school meeting point. This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit offers sweeping spectacular views from every angle in every season, from the second you walk through the door. The open-layout kitchen has been recently updated and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a six-person dining room table. The dining area opens up into the living space, where you'll be treated to those stunning mountain views from your own private patio as well as your private outdoor hot tub!

Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom. The countertops in all the bathrooms are granite as well, and each bathroom has a stand up shower. If you're looking for affordable lodging near Deer Valley but don't want to have to hop on a shuttle, this unit is the perfect place for you!

Master Bedroom: Experience luxury in the spacious Master Bedroom featuring a King-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort during your stay.
Second Room: Enjoy versatility and ample sleeping space with a comfortable Twin bed along with an additional Twin bed. The room also boasts its own full bathroom, ensuring convenience and relaxation for guests.

**LOCATION**
Located on Deer Valley Drive in the Snow Park area, this condo is a perfect base for skiing, hiking and biking either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. It's a short walk to Deer Valley base. Or jump on the free bus that stops out front to Deer Valley Base (seconds away) or Park City's Main Street and Mountain base (only a 5-minute drive).

**GETTING AROUND**
The free Park City Bus service has a bus stop a few steps away from the front of the property so getting anywhere around town is incredibly convenient.

The Perfect Ski Getaway!

We had the best time staying here. The location cannot be beat! It took just 3 minutes for us to walk to the ski lift from the building. The unit was clean and tidy. The hot tub on the balcony is lovely and private and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated with lovely countertops, and the carpet throughout the unit was clean and looked new. The view of the mountains from every window is incredible. I can't wait to plan my next trip here!

Power Run

The communications from you all were great. Clear and concise. The location was amazing! The apt was well equipped by way of appliances and linens. The internet was also solid. The remote and keyless access worked well too. There were a handful of things that could be improved. The carpet really needs to be replaced as it's in bad shape an makes the place feel less clean. The pots, pans, silverware and utensils need updating too. It would also be nice if there was some firewood left for use; I didn't want to get a car and didn't want to carry it back from town. That would be a nice touch. Finally, the pillows are pretty uncomfortable.

The management team, check in was super as was the location. But the condition of the place...dirty dishes, broken lamps, broken towel bars, stained carpet, etc. was extremely disappointing.
