Upon walking to Nautilus 1 (Our Chosen Spot) on the ground floor, ocean front home, and enter the living room, it is a WOW!!!! You will see the towering Sierra Madre Mountains overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Also a patio pool with surrounding flowering plants, a large Esmeralda infinity pool and the Banderas Bay skyline. So rid your stress, relax, enjoy and let your Wellness begin. Book your stay in this fantastic ground level ocean front home right on the beach. Our home has two large master suites facing the ocean, both with king size beds, full baths and access to our large terrace. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double size beds with full bath. The large patio is perfect for relaxing on two cushioned chaise lounges to enjoy the panoramic views of Banderas Bay, the beautiful sunrise, sunsets and the evening sky. Inside you will find a large living room with art decor and kitchen well equipped for your cooking needs.

About Punta Esmeralda
At the secure entrance to our beautiful community you will be greeted by a sign welcoming you to Punta Esmeralda. And that is what you will find; a large sprawling community with vast oceanfront and acres of beautifully maintained tropical gardens. There is no other development like it in the bay! Enjoy full access to all 8 public infinity pools. All pools have wonderful unique views of Banderas Bay. You will also find a professional spa offering a full range of services, a complete gym, tennis and piccle ball courts. Go to the on-site Beach Club restaurant is a must as the fantastic chefs are from the best local restaurant in La Cruz, Masala’s Restaurant.

About the Area
Just 25 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, Punta Esmeralda is situated just past the town of Bucerias. The Sunday Market in La Cruz, on the waterfront at the local fresh fish market and marina is a must. It features handmade items and beautifully hand made jewelry.

Activities and Exploring
There are endless activities for all around the area. Horseback riding, jet skies,or take a boat excursion to Marietas Islands, snorkeling, whale watching and deep sea fishing. Perfection!

Stunning property....lives like home vs a rental property. The grounds/landscaping are beautiful as well. The unit location is spectacular, close to one of eight pools and the beach. The sliding glass doors open to a large patio & dipping pool, making the space even larger than it already is. Our family of 5 adults enjoyed every minute. Plenty of privacy for all. Both the owners & host were lovely .....so happy to have found this slice of paradise. Hope to get to stay here next trip to Bucerias.

Nothing short of perfect!

My husband and I and another couple just got back from a week in this beautiful condo. We do not have enough wonderful things to say about it. Bob and Betty were so wonderful and quickly responsive to all of our questions leading up to our trip. Upon our arrival John was there to see us in. He is incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us great suggestions on how to make the best of our week. The condo is so beautiful and clean. Bob and Betty go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. All of Punta Esmarelda is beautiful and well kept. A very nice, quiet community. The town of Bucerias is very near by and is very nice. We would definitely return. If you are considering a stay, I highly recommend you do it!

An amazing relaxing Vacation at a gorgeous Condo and property!!

We spent an incredible week at Bob & Betty's beautiful ocean front condo with our kids (14 & 18). Bob took the time to chat with my husband before hand about the place and answered any questions we had. John the property manager met us there upon our arrival and showed us around & was very friendly & helpful. The condo is a spacious & clean and it was nice having a bathroom in each room! The kitchen is very well equipped to make any kind of meal. The place was stocked with tons of shower & beach towels. We watched Netflix on the comfy couch and relaxed on the beautiful deck while the sun went down. The private plunge pool is a bonus! The grounds at Punta Esmeralda are incredible & this ocean front condo is a few steps to a beautiful pool. We spend time at the many cabana's reading books, playing backgammon and relaxing in the shade with a cool breeze. There is a gym and a spa there and we treated ourselves to massages one afternoon. Sayulita is a quick cab ride away and we went there twice for dinner and to walk around the cute town. We were sad to leave this beautiful spot & hope to be back!

Beautiful Condo and Community

We enjoyed 10 days at this beautiful property. Great location, close to beach, pool and with Your own plunge pool makes it very convenient especially during these times. We loved the condo - just as pictures showed and fabulous restaurant on the property. Enjoyed the amenities as well. The beach is not quite the same as south of bucerias which is too bad. Thanks again for the great stay.
