This beautifully renovated 1 bedroom condo is your perfect Arizona home! This large 1 bedroom condo has it all... Luxurious resort-like setting with two amazing pools, clubhouse, a well-equipped fitness center and a fabulous North Scottsdale location. Whether you want to explore the beautiful Sonoran desert, take in the sights and sounds of Scottsdale, or just relax at a five-star resort, you'll love the location!

Our condo is located on the ground floor and has no stairs, and is just steps away from the main pool and clubhouse. It includes one reserved covered parking space and plenty of guest parking spots. Residents and guests are the perfect mix of snowbirds and professionals.

All amenities are included- utilities, cable, WiFi, air conditioning, heat, fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops, dishes, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, toaster, blender and much more. The dining area has a table with seating for four.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a large cozy sofa, 55" HDTV with cable and free wireless internet. The bedroom features a new king bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, HDTV and huge walk in closet. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen.

Nice Condo - but??

Wife and I rented for the month of Feb. Condo was immaculately clean, well equipped and as described. Located close to shopping, dining, and pretty much everything you would want to do. Condo complex was clean and quiet as were the pool areas. Owners were responsive and helpful. Would have been a perfectly enjoyable stay but for two things. The mattress was basically shot. The 2 pads on it only made it difficult to get out of bed. If we hadn’t spent more than half the month traveling away I don’t think we would have been able to stay the full rental term. Second - the upstairs neighbor was very noisy. Stomping around and it sounded like dragging furniture till late at night. I find it hard to believe a person could make that much noise just in the course of normal living. It’s too bad, an otherwise enjoyable experience was made less so.
