About this property

Beautiful townhome in Historical part of Palmetto can fit up to 7 people ideal for a family or two. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the waterfront, 15 minutes to the beach. Walking distance to Regatta Marina, Restaurants, Tennis, Sutton Park. Bicycle to Emerson Point Preserve or Riverwalk for breath taking views or hiking/kayaking.

House has new designer look and a beautiful kitchen with a bar.

You have your own washer and a dryer, coffee pot, microwave as well as ironing board, iron, 60 inch TV with Roku channels: Amazon Prime, Youtube Red, Netflix. 100 Mmps Wi-Fi through the house.

In addition other side of the house has Kids playground and a grill available for your use. For our guests we have a crib/toddler bed and a high chair available.

My husband and I are warm and friendly, but let my guests determine the level of interaction. I am usually available to meet any needs or answer any questions that arise related to your visit.

As your host, I enjoy meeting new people from around the world. I love traveling, and I am fluent in Russian.

You could walk to Regatta Point Marina, or Palmetto Riverwalk to grab a bite. Use bike to visit Emerson Point Preserve.. For everything else you will need a car.

This property has keyless entry for your safety and ease of use. No overnight guests (in addition to reservation guest count) are allowed unless pre-authorized. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 7am. Host lives in the building next door, and occupy 2 out of 4 parking spaces.

1) Unauthorized late check out Fee - $50
2) if you are still at the property 2 hrs past check out, Fee - $100
3) If other guests are are refunded because of your failure to check out in proper time, you are responsible for the amount of lost revenue we incurred.

Perfect family stay

Manatee Cottage

Beautiful home, 30 minute from the beach. Landlord very responsive to issues (light bulbs needed replacing, very minor issues) Very clean and well maintained. Lovely neighborhood within walking distance to downtown area, River, Marina Would stay again

Nice, too much for two people

Nice place, clean and thoughtful additions to make it a great place to rent. Next year pool and closer to the beach.

Ok Place

Night one we arrived and had no parking as the neighbor had taken all parking. The next day he informed us we couldn't park on the street and apologized for taking the driveway. Fast forward to New Years Eve he set off fireworks directly behind my brand new car causing damage. I have just arrived home and will be getting estimates on the damage (hopefully it can be buffed out). We had a great stay other than that.
