Great Spring Break in NOLA
5 stars. This rental was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). It was comfortable, spacious and in a great location. It was close to public transportation and the various attractions, but far enough away to be able to escape the crowds when ready to do so. The owner Calvin was wonderful and responsive both before our visit and during. He really made a great trip even better!

Perfect New Orleans
We came to NOLA to celebrate a friend's birthday, but we didn't want to be near the messiness of the French Quarter. This place suited our needs perfectly. Calvin was great to deal with; he sent us a very detailed guide to the home along with many suggestions for bars and restaurants. He was very accommodating to our travel needs upon checkout. The home is within easy walking or short uber distance to so many cool places in the lower garden district, Magazine Street, etc, and is even across the street from an excellent lunch spot, Turkey and the Wolf. The house is as pictured. Having three private bedrooms was great, and the beds were very comfy. The place was extremely clean and safe and quiet with a good area in the kitchen/living room for hanging out. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife, Brit, and I live in and love New Orleans. Brit is a social worker. I'm an engineer. When we're not bouncing the globe, we enjoy having friends and family over, working on home improvement projects, grilling, and taking walks/bike rides in the neighborhood. We would love to host your next trip to our favorite city!

Why they chose this property

We've been in New Orleans for 10+ years, living in each of the major neighborhoods before we landed in our favorite slice of town, on Jackson Avenue sharing the border of the Lower Garden District and Irish Channel.

What makes this property unique

This house has modern amenities in a historic neighborhood without the dreaded shotgun layout! We're in the middle of the action of Magazine St and downtown.
