About this property

This is a two unit house. This listing is for one downstairs unit. There is an upstairs unit that can be rented separately for $2,000 a week or combined with downstairs rental for $4,275 a week.
The downstairs unit has two bedrooms, 1 bath, outside shower, and sleeps six (two queen size beds, trundle bed with two twin size beds on porch).
New flooring in the kitchen. TV, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Pots and Pans and all necessary kitchen supplies, Gas grill, WiFi and cable are provided.
The upstairs unit has 1 queen bedroom and the pictures for upstairs start from the stairs on.
Both have their own porches and grill and are air conditioned.

It is located one block from the private Misquamicut Fire District beach!

Beach passes for 6 people are provided for access to the private beach (Clark Beach).

A total of four vehicles for each unit are allowed in the driveway.

Great house in great location

This was a well maintained, comfortable home with plenty of space for my entire family both inside and outdoors. It was clean and well equipped. The owners were very communicative and friendly. Short walk to the beach - great rental :-)

Great place

Everything went very smoothly. The furniture was in good condition, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. A little hot at night in the bedrooms. Over all, a great vacation.

Perfect for the whole family!

The house was just perfect! The owner couldn’t be any nicer and the location to the beach was just a block. The deck was a great spot to have dinner and hang out. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this property. Hoping to rent it again next summer.
