Please note that a mandatory 10% government accommodation levy is required to be paid in cash at check-in. This applies to all Barbados properties as of August 01st, 2018.
Cleaning fee-US$50 per week. Mandatory clean is required once per week which includes change of bed linen as well as towels. VRBO only facilitates payment of 1 clean so if you are staying more than 1 week you will be required to pay in cash for the subsequent cleans at checkin.
Our AC is operated by a meter which uses tokens. You're provided with a free token for each day that you're staying. Each token will enable you to use the AC for 8 hours. If you require more tokens they can be purchased at a cost of US$5 per token in CASH from the office
There will be a US$200 charge for non returned (lost) safe key or door key and fob.
No open flames, burning of candles and/or incense anywhere in the apartment or on the property

There are a range of facilities on offer to all of our guests, including laundry facilities, a tranquil secluded garden with alfresco dining and a swing under the mango tree to indulge the inner child in you. The mango tree is lit at night for that romantic glass of wine while sitting on the comfortable seating. When in season you can pick and enjoy our mangos and bananas
Villa Mia provides comfortable apartments equipped to fit the requirements of any traveller. Studio 3 is fully air conditioned plus fan cooled and has a fully equipped kitchen, safe deposit box, Cable TV and super fast 240Mbs WiFi
We offer Housekeeping service and laundry facilities, in addition hired cars, island activities and events can be arranged by us for your convenience. It is a perfect base for exploring the many interesting and beautiful places that Barbados has to offer.
