"Sirena Del Mar" stands out from the other rental villas with it's many upgrades: amazing backyard, oversize patio, large rancho-gazebo (perfect for outdoor relaxing and entertaining), & surrounded by local plants, trees and custom landscaping. Our goal is to create the best villa available here for your pleasured stay. No parties please though.

*We want your experience to be amazing & have added so much to this villa to make it stand out from others. We have added quality window coverings, vibrant paint schemes, upgraded furnishings, an upgraded kitchen and so much more. Have you ever seen double over double bunkbeds? We have two of those for you and your family. There is also an air mattress in case you have some extra guests.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own temperature control, and an air-conditioned main floor. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a private ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom.

Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. High gloss tile throughout to keep the home cool and looks amazing. Cool feature: the laundry room is located outside under the stairs, eliminating noise and heat from the villa.

We have recently added an air conditioner on the main floor for your comfort. Feedback from local guests has been that villa's without main floor air are too warm.

Double sliding patio doors off the kitchen and living room, along with huge windows in each bedroom and the stairwell allow for lots of natural light during the day.
This *Recently Built* Modern Villa is a 2 story-3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a backyard pool, patio with 6 seat dining set, outdoor patio furniture lounge set and 4 Burner Stainless Steel BBQ.

2nd Floor:
**Spacious Master Bedroom with 1 Queen Size Bed, Walk in Closet-Storage with ensuite bathroom and it's own A/C unit.
**2nd Bedroom has a unique Double over Double Bunk Bed, closet/ storage space, and of course; it's own A/C unit.
**3rd Bedroom has" Double over Double Bunk Beds with its own A/C unit.
** A full size bathroom for Bedroom one and two to share.

Downstairs has:
**New well equipped Modern Kitchen with all Brand New Appliances- Full size Refrigerator, Full size oven with 4 burner stove top, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee maker, Smoothie Blender, Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, Plates, Cups/ Glasses, Water/ Juice Jugs, Cutlery and more.
**Main floor has it's own air conditioner.
**Safe drinking water from the tap, (natural spring water from the mountain).
**Open concept main floor Living Room- Has one 3 Seat Couch, 1 Love seat, 1 Lounge sitting chair, Large Smart TV.
**Open concept Dining Area- Has a 8 seat Dining Table
**Half bathroom is located by the Front Entrance.
**For Safety, we have a Smoke Alarm and Fire Extinguisher and Vented Stove Hood.
**There are 2 white lounge chairs by the pool, and 2 Back Pack Style Beach chairs, you can take to our Beachfront or anywhere you want, two oversized patio chairs with comfy cushions on the patio.
**Garbage is picked up everyday, but Sunday. Recycling is 50 meters away.

This villa holds 8 guests maximum, (which includes children) up to 2 children or one adult in upper bunks and up to 2 children or cozy adults in lower bunks. There is an air mattress as well.
If you have a larger family or are travelling with a group, we can help you rent a second villa or even a third, onsite with the same layout for your additional guests. Please ask when booking if you require more villas.. please do not have more than 8 as property manager will turn them away.

Must be 23 years or older to book this villa.
As of July 1st, 2020 Costa Rica has a 13% VAT tax on all Airbnb Bookings.

You have full access to the Tennis/Basketball court during your stay.
You will have to bring your own sports equipment other than what we have listed that we have here for you.

Golf, Golf club rentals and Golf carts are available too at the clubhouse.
$100 US for 18 holes includes Golf cart.
Golf Club Rental is $40 US per person

The entire villa is yours!, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, full laundry, kitchen, living room, backyard, pool and car port.

Included in your rental is wifi, and internet and Cable TV.
