Premier Luxury Home: 7 BR/8 BA/Hot Tub/Rec Room/Free Nights!

It was beautiful. Well supplied. So much room for our family.

Our core family group of 16 (occasionally more) gathers every summer; we’ve done so for years and have rented many properties. Our first time at Sunriver and everyone (5 couples, 5 teens and a 6-yr-old) loved the area and the home. This property is lovely, well-cared for and maintained, with easy access. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for all, including our “stuff” (dressers, closets, hangers, etc.) It was extremely well supplied with thoughtful extras not often found – for example, night lights, makeup mirrors and blow dryers in the bathrooms, first aid kit. Abundance of fluffy towels. Pretty much everything one could want in the kitchen, and more, much better stocked than one would expect. Lots of labels indicating contents, organization, directions were very helpful. Based on past experiences, we usually bring some personal kitchen items and extra paper goods, and found they weren’t needed. Tons of home entertainment options. Room to gather or have private time. Fun seeing the deer with their fawns right below the deck. Would not hesitate to recommend this property, or to return. As our 6-year-old grandson said, “Grandma, I love this house – it’s epic!”

Well maintained, super supplied, very nicely configured for our large family. Can't wait to do it again. Everything high end.

This proved to be the ideal home for our family reunion, ages 10-80, in a beautiful cul-de-sac setting. There was something for everyone, plenty of games, 10 bikes, 16 SHARC passes, hot tub, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, room enough for everyone in the Great Room for conversations or quiet reading and a view of the trees through the spacious windows. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with every appliance, utensil, gadget, paper goods or cooking staple imaginable. There is great seating for 20+ people, including the bar and the table on the deck which we enjoyed. The bedrooms are delightfully decorated with different themes and a bathroom in every bedroom is very convenient! Beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The owners have absolutely thought of everything! Even a drawer of office supplies! My grandchildren cried when we had to leave. We would definitely rent this lovely vacation home again!

This house was so amazing!! The perfect place to celebrate my husband’s birthday with friends and family. The house had everything we needed and more. And so well organized. Made this special occasion very memorable. We hope to come back again!
