Several large terraces, one with pool 4 x 8 m.
The villa has air conditioning, 3 closed bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a sofa bed (sleeping for 2 people), a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and American fridge, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 2 shower rooms with showers and toilets. Italian and 2 separate toilets.
2 TVs are available, as well as wifi.

Maison confortable et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison . Celle ci est fonctionnelle et moderne . Très belle vue sur chaque terrasse . Le coin parent au rez de chaussée n’est pas climatisé mais beaucoup plus frais qu’à l’étage donc ce n’est pas gênant Par contre nous déconseillons pour de jeunes enfants car l ‘escalier est dangereux ( sans rambarde ) et la piscine sans barrière . La gérante immobilière a répondu à nos différentes sollicitations le mieux possible . N’hésitez donc pas à louer cette maison si vous n’avez pas de jeunes enfants

Vacances familiales en Corse

Très bon séjour dans cette maison bien localisé au calme, avec quelques réparations faites durant notre séjour. Plage à 15 min à pied, attention prévoyez vos baskets + chaussures d’eau. Village de Erbalunga, vivant avec restaurants Point de vue accessible en moins d’une heure à pied idéal pour les marcheurs.

The villa was well presented and in a fabulous location with stunning views of the sea and mountains

We had a great week staying here. The villa had everything we needed. There was plenty of space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and two sofa beds in the two lounge rooms if needed. If you have toddlers, you should be aware of the open staircase which could be quite dangerous, but for older kids and adults it should be fine. We had a couple of issues with hot water but once we worked out you couldn’t have the washing machine or dishwasher on at the same time, it seemed to solve it! Outside, there is a terrace on the higher level with table and sofa, and a table area by the pool. There was only one set of outdoor chairs so we moved them between the two terraces when we needed to. There is also a parasol (it was broken so we used a kebab skewer to hold it up!) and an awning that extends from the villa to offer shade. Some of the sunloungers were broken so they didn’t stay propped up very well. The owner and his local representative were both excellent at responding to queries before and during the stay. The location was great with stunning views of the coast and the mountains, and the village of Erbalunga was within walking distance; just under a mile and a half. The villa is on a very steep windy hill so the walk back up is quite hard work but totally doable! There are some lovely restaurants in Erbalunga as well as a bakery, Spar shop and pharmacy. Just be aware that if you’re arriving on a Sunday afternoon, most of the shops there and supermarkets further afield shut around lunchtime. There is however a small shop called Cox in Sisco, the next village heading north which was open til 7pm I think. Both there and the Spar in Erbalunga are more expensive than Geant supermarket back in Bastia, but fine for a few bits. Beware the bugs here - we were eaten alive by mozzies so definitely bring spray and treatment for this, and also mozzie deterrents like citronella candles, etc. We were staying in July though, so guess the weather at this time of year makes them more prevalent. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property and would happily return another time 😊

Excellent séjour dans cette villa

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables, villa confortable et conforme à la description,villa bien équipée, terrasses avec vue sur la mer, belle piscine. Très bon accueil de Babeth à notre arrivée, merci à Laurent et son épouse pour la bouteille de Pétillant Corse qui nous attendait au frigo. Seul petit bémol... les chiens du voisinage qui aboient la nuit et le matin . Je recommande cette villa.
