D405 is not as the photos indicate

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room sectional was so worn it looked like something from a fraternity house. The chairs were stained. The sliding door would not open to the deck major repairs are needed. My wife spent two days cleaning the track on the sliding door so it would open and we bought lubricants for the track. There is mildew along the floor and windows.

Looks better in pictures

The patio and view are the best features of this condo. Its a gorgeous view. Once inside. Not so much. The sofa is very worn. Leather is peeling badly. The 2 chairs next to sofa also very worn. The keurig makes a terrible noise. Its on its last leg. The jacuzzi tub in master doesn't work. And the pillows on the beds are terrible. Definitely not worth the price we paid. They only give you 1 assigned parking space. The my kids had hella time trying to find a parking spot. Would not recommend this unit.

Mixed review

The Caribe is awesome. The view from the condo is beautiful. Very much enjoyed sitting outside watching the boats go by. Will definitely stay at Caribe again but not this unit. Sofa looks terrible. Not like in pic. I wish i could post a picture of it. The 2 chairs in the living room are also very worn. Plenty of pillows for the beds. But they are terrible. So bring your pillows. Jacuzzi tub in master not working. Kitchen is good. Had everything we needed. But keurig is on its last leg.

Terrible

Not worth what it cost Master bathroom jets in tub did not work and maintenance nor rental company made sure it was fixed. No one ever came to check on the issue after notifying them twice of it.
