This comfy, second-floor condo in Brian Head is a short distance from the slopes of Brian Head Resort, so you can ski the day away. Cuddle around the fireplace and enjoy a peaceful evening watching TV or playing one of the many board games available. There is a small, private balcony overlooking the trees; you can bring one of the chairs, sit down and take in the views while reading a book or listening to music.

Brian Head Resort is less than a mile away for the skier/snowboarder and also offers tubing and dining and, in the summer, hiking and mountain biking in the summer. Cedar Breaks National Monument is a short drive and offers trails accommodating different experience levels, from a shady stroll to a hike along the rim. You can head to Thunder Mountain Motorsports for a snowmobile tour through the backcountry of Brian Head, Dixie National Forest, and Cedar Breaks National Monument. In the summer, drive up to Brian Head Peak to see panoramic views stretching from Utah to Arizona and Nevada.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
