Great stay

Highly recommend staying here for your Florence stay! Walking distance to all the main attractions and the host was amazing!

DO NOT stay here if you are looking to sleep.

Very poor check in process, loud traffic noise until after midnight, even on a weeknight. Property is in a multi-unit apartment building with no way in unless someone buzzes the lock and lets you in. The managers name is not on the door plaque or doorbells so you have no way of knowing if you are in the right place. Fortunately Google maps took us right to it, but it took almost an hour to get in touch with the manager after walking from train station with luggage. The property is in a great location but is on a main street that is full of scooters, cars, and revelers well into the wee hours. The noise from the street shoots straight up the building into the room. Tiny shower stall, and no bathtub in the room. If you are European or Asian from an inner city address, this will not bother you. Otherwise a suburban dweller will be unhappy.

Close to Everything!

We were two couples, total of four and rented two separate rooms. Everything was clean and equipped and perfectly comfortable for our one night stay. The location is PERFECT for walking and exploring Florence; close to all major historical attractions, restaurants and shopping. There is easy parking, but that is common in Florence. However, we were informed of a garage about one block away that safely and seamlessly stored our large group van while on our visit. The host met us there to check in very quickly and check out was also a seamless process There is a little elevator inside should you need a lift - you will have to climb about 10 steps before accessing the elevator - not too bad unless you need ADA accessibility. We were pleased and would certainly stay again.

The information is not clear in the web site, it shows a price and we reservate show me another price, and when we arrived they charge more money for being late, equivalent to a day off three rooms, they never said this to us, the rooms were very simple, and at the end very expensive the place, its not the same of what it says in the web site, Bad experience

It was a nice place. It has an excellent view and its location is excellent. Renato is a great host.

Nice view, clean rooms, and host attention is always available. You get good bang for your money. My family absolutely enjoyed hotel and immediate scenery.
