This newly remodeled Ocean Villas condo has everything you need for your next getaway to Panama City Beach! Featuring all new flooring, furniture and decor, here is no detail missed here! The open layout and perfect ocean views make this a property you will want to return to time and again. Step into the kitchen, which has granite counters, white cabinetry and all stainless appliances. It is full stocked with everything you need, making it perfect for entertaining or just making quick meals. Enjoy coffee at the island bar, or take it to the balcony and watch the sun rise. The new dining area has seating for everyone, which is perfect for meals or game nights. The open concept layout leads into the beautifully decorated living room, which has a large flat screen TV and modern furnishings. Watch a movie or let the sunset entertain you!

The Master bedroom is an oasis with its own flat screen TV, a King bed and its own en suite bathroom. The Guest room features a Queen bed, a flat screen TV and has its own bathroom as well! There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. All bed and bath linens are included, and there is a FULL sized washer and dryer in the unit, so all you need is your beach towel and bathing suit to start your vacation!

Ocean Villas is a 23-story condominium resort offering stunning views of the beautiful emerald waters and amazing sunsets of Panama City Beach from every condo and their private balcony. Centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, it is just a short distance from shopping, dining, entertainment and all of the local, favorite beach hang-outs. Spend your days relaxing by the ocean and then head to Pier Park, Panama City's Premier shopping and entertainment area, for dinner and a movie. The Resort amenities include a beach side pool, indoor/ outdoor heated pool, sundeck, hot tub, sauna, on-site fitness center and gas grills. For your convenience, we have covered parking as well. Garage clearance is 8 feet 4 inches.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 25 to rent.

Right on beach

Check in easy stay was good condo good 3 issues. 1 patio door lock broken in living room.Had to have maintenance guy they couldn't fix had to have locksmith another day change it out 3. The toilet seat was so loose it was dangerous to use had to call again to have maintenance guy fix. And what ever the thing on the floor of 2nd bedroom that flashed blue and white all night with sign don’t unplug needs to be moved out of bedroom or like a closet it hard to was tv or go to sleep in there. Otherwise it was great those things right won’t stop me from coming back again

Great location, awesome view, condo does have issues and a new cleaning crew is needed!

The location is great. Awesome view. The unit is nicely decorated. It is in need of a deep cleaning. There was quite a bit of dust and dirt on the cold air return. Most of the doors have dirt marks from dirty hands on them. The floors also could use a good scrub down. I had dropped something on the floor and when I went to wipe it up, the paper towel was black. Our bedding in the master bedroom was also not clean. There was no fitted sheet, which was odd, there was a flat sheet. When we pulled the quilt down the sheet came with it and there were several urine stains on the mattress protector. We reported this immediately. We did receive a response right away, with an apology and promise to be out with fresh bedding. We never received fresh bedding. We cleaned the sheets and laid multiple layers down. Needless to say, we were still grossed out and upset with the fact no one brought us clean bedding. All of the drains were also very slow and no hot water in the kitchen. With the lack of cleanliness of the unit I kind of feel like we should be given the cleaning fee back. If we had been brought clean bedding as promised, we could have overlooked the other issues and would consider this unit again, however again since we had urine stained bedding all week, I can't say we would choose this unit or booking agency again at this time. If we are refunded the cleaning fee, we would have no issue staying in the future as this would acknowledge the issues with the cleanliness.

The property was wonderful. The outside balcony and floors felt a little sandy, but it's the beach and you'd expect some of that in the rooms. The interior appeared to have been recently remodeled and was absolutely wonderful.
