About this property

Casa Vive Con Fe is a three bedroom three bathroom private home with a private pool and spectacular views in all directions. The house offers plenty of quiet patio and balcony areas to relax, read, sunbath or enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It is the perfect solution for a relaxing rejuvenating holiday The main floor includes kitchen, dining area, sunken living room and full bath. The staircase leads up to the 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms of the second floor. The bedrooms are the only areas in the home with air conditioning.

The master bedroom faces the sea and has a king size bed, soaking tub, shower and decks on both sides of the room. The second bedroom faces the sea and offers a king bed with balcony overlooking the Caribbean. The third bedroom has a queen and set of bunk beds overlooking the pool – the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath. One more level and your on the rooftop bar deck that offers gorgeous views to both the Caribbean and the Cancun skyline.

Please note that the owner of this property lives in a separate casita on the grounds.

Great house in Punta Sur

This house was perfect for our group. Our two families had plenty of room and the location was very convenient for the wedding held at a local hotel. Thank you!

Nice house

Nice house on the south part of the island, close to some of the beach clubs... nice pool, well stocked kitchen. The views from the rooftop are partially blocked by other buildings. There is an owner's suite on the property.

Beautiful home on South End of Isla!

This home is perfect for a family or big group. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the mornings and evenings before exploring the island. The check in process was great - Luis, one of the the property managers, met us at the house on day one and gave a tour and walked us through everything. The concierge, Julia, was an excellent resource from recommendations to reminders and I can’t recommend her enough! The only thing to note, the main living area of this home is NOT air conditioned! If you plan to spend a lot of time at the house, plan to be on the rooftop or outside by the pool. Either way, still highly recommend this home and the entire property!

Water leaks , freezer out, a/c ONLY in bedrooms, no response from maintenance until second to last d

There was water leaking from a window that drained down the stairs, the freezer quit working and making ice, the only A/C was in the bedrooms. After a few days of messaging finally on the second to last day we were there was anything fixed.
