Enjoy our quiet, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath ranch located on the north side of Charlevoix. Our home is recently renovated with an open floor plan, approximately 2000 square feet, and is located on a large wooded lot conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful Lake Michigan dunes and beaches and McSauba recreational area (hiking trails). Guests may enjoy jumping on the renowned Little Traverse Bike Trail that consists of 26 miles connecting Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Downtown is an easy bike ride or walk as well to take you to shops, Lake Charlevoix beaches, the marina and wonderful restaurants. Winter fun - McSauba hiking, cross country trails, skating rink, sledding hill, 30 minutes to Boyne Mt, Highlands or Nubs Nob. Lots of area wineries and cool breweries.

The home features an open floor plan with a gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV; dining area with table seating for 8; white kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with additional seating for 4; hardwood floor throughout the house; laundry room with updated washer/dryer and half bath; 2 guest rooms (both queens) with full bath across the hall; master bedroom with king has adjoining bathroom with large soaking tub and tiled shower; large two-level deck provides ample space for entertaining and nightly bonfires. Guests have full access to a two car attached garage with 2 cruiser bikes.

Loved it!!

We can’t say enough how staying here made our tripp perfect!! The house was lovely to stay in and Suzanne was always attentive. The location to all the beaches and downtown made it so easy!! The best way to describe our stay was we felt at home!!

Something for everyone

The accommodations were lovely, comfortable and spacious indoors and outdoors. Great proximity to town, trail and beaches. Able to be enjoyed from ages 16-78. Gracious hosts available for assistance.

Our stay in Charlevoix was wonderful. Great location for a very short drive to downtown and beaches. Suzanne was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this beautiful, clean home.

Perfect 4th

A group of us couples came to stay for a week for the 4th of July and it couldn’t of been more perfect. The location was maybe the best you could get being so close to Lake Charlevoix and Michigan. With how spacious it was we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was spectacular we actually cooked almost every single meal vs going out to eat. The outdoor patio area was also very pleasant and peaceful. We would 10/10 book again!

100% Awesome

This home is super spacious and very well appointed with all you need for a restful Charlevoix vacation. The master suite with the king bed and luxurious bathroom is worthy of a review unto itself. Enjoy the multi-headed shower and soaking tub! The home is nestled in mature trees at the end of a cul-de-sac making for a very quiet and relaxing setting. We love staying on the north end of town for its easy access to McSauba, the Little Traverse Wheelway, and Depot Beach. Suzanne was very responsive to any question or need we had. We are a family of 4 with two teens, and it was great for both kids to have their own bedrooms. This home is easily a winner for three couples, too. Plenty of space and a big wonderful kitchen and deck for all your at-home cooking and dining. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Lovely Charlevoix

This is a delightful home! Very comfortable, clean and up to date! We would certainly stay again! And there were lovely next-door neighbors. One concern: the open stairway at the back door poses a danger - perhaps a door there would be safer. Also - much confusion about Spectrum and TV channels.

Wonderful Charlevoix Home

This is a wonderful home! We spent 2 weeks at the end of August and just loved everything about it. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen if you are wanting to cook. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. It is also just down the road from the bike trail that goes all the way to Petoskey. Our host, Suzanne, was great to work with too- very responsive and answered any and all questions very promptly. We hope to return again.

A beautiful home that suited our needs for a family reunion, with three more than adequate bedrooms (a superb master!), and generous kitchen/dining/living room great area. We especially appreciated the outdoor deck areas, the single floor configuration of this home, and the quiet location with proximity to the beautiful shoreline and beaches of Lake Michigan. Wonderful Property

The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, and newly updated. It is well furnished and supplied and it is in a great wooded location near the McSauba sand dunes and beach, which we all absolutely loved. It has a wonderful deck area where we had most of our meals. We would love to go back.

quiet gem

very nice quiet neighborhood, and an impeccably kept house. Short walk/bike to the beaches on the north side of town. Still close enough to ride into town for everything Charlevoix has to offer. Could not asked for nicer homeowners to work with. We will be back for sure.

Great for Groups

This was a wonderful property with a beautiful spacious open (and updated!) living/dining/kitchen with a very nice adjacent outdoor area. This worked so well for our group of (3) couples. Each couple had a separate bedroom and private or shared bath, too.

Quiet Retreat

This was a superb property for getting away even in the midst of a tourist community. We could take advantage of good restaurants while still enjoying an escape into the woods. Located about half a mile from Lake Michigan, we could easily walk to an uncrowded beach or go in the opposite direction to access a scenic bike trail. Nice home with a comfortable great room & an inviting outdoor space.
