Upper floor appartment with 2 sleeping-rooms, 1 large living-room and a lovely 10 m² veranda to chill out and enjoy breathtaking view over the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat.

The hillside residence is secured by gates and surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden. Halfway between the mountains and the big blue Sea, the shared pool (with separate children’s pool) is shaded by white and pink oleander.

From the residence, you are only a 10mn’s walk from the city centre, marina, shops, restaurants & bars or the sand beach.

The residence is situated on the Coast road between Nice and Monaco and a bus stop just out the residence can take you to Nice in only 8mn. The train station in Villefranche-sur-mer makes visiting the French Riviera (Beaulieu, Eze, Monaco, Menton, Vintimille) and the hinterland spots like Grasse or Vence even easier. Italy is only 40mn far if you want to visit !

In winter, skiing at Isola 2000 ou Verdier is only 2 hours away by car (or bus).

The 75m² appartment + 10m² veranda with dining table comprises 3 rooms including :
• Entrance hall
• 1 large open living room / dining room with bay window facing full length balcony
• 1 fully fitted kitchen with glass window onto veranda
• 1 sleeping area with :
• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 bedroom with 2 beds
• 1 bathroom with italian shower, sink and towel dryer
• separate WC.

The flat can accomodate 4 persons (or 5 persons using the sofa bed in the living room). It is particularly suitable for a family with children.

Very quiet. With an elevator and a private parking lot.

Pool access available only to resident badge-holders.

Equipment : electric shutters and awning, dish-washer, washing machine, cooling fans, television (TNT), induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster.

Cleaning is included at the end of each stay.

Bed linen, bathroom and beach towels are not supplied.
