You will be a few meters from the beach of the residence and many more within walking distance. The St Anne offers all the services you may need, but also its tourist shops and the most typical restaurants. The most beautiful pages in the Caribbean, the Salinas, are minutes away by car, but for athletes or lovers of trails along the pristine coast, the road leading to Salinex is as close to the studio.

Tout était parfait !

Excellent séjour ! l’appartement est juste parfait, très propre, bien équipé et situé à quelques mètres du sentier des caps qui permet de rallier la plage des salines à pieds en sillonnant le bord de mer et la mangrove sur 4km. Un immense merci à Mr Joly qui nous a laissé quelques douceurs à notre arrivée et à Marie Laure pour sa disponibilité lors de notre arrivée tardive. Nous reviendrons car c’est une excellente adresse ! Merci beaucoup

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans le studio de Mr Joly à Sainte Anne . Studio en tout point conforme aux prestations décrites dans l'annonce Abritel. L'appartement est au 2 eme et dernier étage en bout de couloir : décoré' avec goût , lumineux et au calme. Couchage excellent . Salle de douche et wc fonctionnelle. La cuisine sur la terrasse est moderne , complète ( même une senséo pour les petits cafés ). Bouteille d'eau fraîche et jus de fruits au frigo pour notre arrivée furent très appréciés. Le cadre est verdoyant . Le parking est grand . Nous avons fort apprécié la proximité à pied du centre de Sainte Anne ( 10 mn à pied ) et des plages avoisinantes : la pointe du Marin, la plage moustique et celle des salines pour les plus réputées . Un grand Merci à Marie Laure qui a géré notre arrivée un peu tardive et notre départ en début de matinée . Location que nous conseillons , et si nous avons l'occasion nous y retournerons s'il est disponible . Nadia et Alain LE COQ

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour : à tous points de vue. La situation proche de la plage, la tranquillité de la résidence et la qualité irréprochable du studio. Très bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée, appartement très propre et des petites attentions pour notre arrivée(jus de fruit, biscuit sans oublier les savons ). Nous avons tout apprécié et particulièrement la terrasse - cuisine qui nous a permis de prendre nos repas en contact direct avec la nature : pour des personnes comme nous qui vivons à la campagne c'est très agréable. Marie-Laure, la personne qui nous accueille est très agréable et très disponible pendant tout le séjour. . Nous pensons bien revenir en Martinique ... Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour, .

Studio confortable et bien situé

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans le studio de M. Joly, en tout point conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Situé au 2ème et dernier étage d'un petit bâtiment de style martiniquais dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue, ce studio est très confortable, bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Les plages et le village de Ste Anne sont accessibles à pied ce qui est bien agréable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.
