Magnifique appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer

Appartement très bien équipé, très belle vue. Par contre, pas de climatisation, très dommage car nous ne pouvons pas rester longtemps dans l’appartement en raison de la chaleur. Chambres trop petites et trop étouffantes en raison du manque de climatisation.

Déçu par cet appartement

Le point positif de l'appartement est qu'il est entièrement vitré et la vue sur la mer et toute l'avenue de Alcoy est magnifique. Par contre toutes ces baies vitrées ne possèdent de rideaux que sur la moitié de l'appartement, pas de volets, et l'appartement ne disposant pas de climatisation, il est très difficile de rester longtemps dans l'appartement à cause de la chaleur étouffante. L'appartement est très mal conçu, car malgré ses 85m2 de superficie, les 2 chambres sont petites. 5,80m2 pour la première, 7,30m2 pour la deuxième, avec des fenêtres qui ne donnent pas sur l'extérieur. Grosse perte d'espace avec ce grand couloir le long des baies vitrées. Nous aimons beaucoup le climat et cet endroit de Bénidorm où nous passons chaque année nos vacances depuis plus de 10 ans, mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement, les chambres sont trop petites, trop sombres et l'ensemble de l'appartement est une vraie étuve, car climatisation inexistante.
