Overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan, this home sits on a high bluff with no direct access to the lake. There is however, a beautiful sandy beach 1 mile north on Lakeshore Dr.

Watch gorgeous sunrise, sunset views from the 2nd and 3rd floor levels. Dine-in (kitchen is furnished with everything you need) or dine out at Ludington’s many fine restaurants and pubs.

Each floor features a full bathroom. The first level has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a large reclining sectional sofa for a relaxing movie night! The second floor has large open concept living, dining, kitchen, and bath for great entertaining. The 3rd floor has 3 generous bedrooms with spacious closets and 1 bath.

Other amenities include central air, free WiFi, DVD player, 2 TVs, and laundry facilities.
Relax on the deck under the patio table umbrella and listen to the waves roll in.

Ludington Lake House

We had a really nice stay. The listing is very accurate and the mid level floor is an absolute delight with the open floor plan and very large windows. The lighting is really remarkable and views are very peaceful.

Perfect for our family

The owner was helpful and responsive throughout the process. The house was just as pictured, well supplied, and two of the upstairs bedrooms have outstanding views of the lake. We loved the outdoor space as well and made use of the long, paved driveway for kids' scooters and rollerblades. Saw lots of deer, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful, well equipped

This home exceeded our expectations. It is bright and airy. Having three floors, we didn’t feel at all crowded with six adults and five children/teens. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. There is a bountiful supply of bathroom towels and places to hang them. The view is magnificent, especially the sunsets. The location is very quiet, with a large yard for lawn games. Although direct beach access is not possible at this time, the beach just a mile away is not crowded and we enjoyed visiting every day. The owner is very easy to communicate with, very accessible. We all left wishing we could stay longer.

Spacious, clean and beautiful views

Our family had an amazing time visiting ludington. This home was very spacious, well stocked, and had everything we needed. There was so much room for us to gather and be together. But just as equal space for my 4 teenagers to retreat and have their own time to regroup. Wonderful views of Lake Michigan sunsets. Also a very close drive to a local beach that was not overly touristy. Wonderful visit and we would definitely stay here again some time.

An incredible vacation

This rental was absolutely incredible. The host was very responsive and forthcoming with information. Any questions that I had, she answered quickly. The location was relatively easy to find and the view of Lake Michigan was fantastic. The place was very clean, very well furnished, and tastefully decorated. It easily supported our entire group of 11 and had room that could have allowed for more people. The multiple levels allow for multiple groups to do different things indoors while also providing places that you could go and have some time to yourself. If we looking for anything around the house, we could find it: dishes, cooking pans, towels, etc. It was already there for us. The exit instructions were simple to complete and we were able to quickly accomplish it on our way out. We're definitely considering renting this place again.
