Amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, beautiful location and just what we wanted for this beach getaway. The heated pool was a BIG plus because it rained one day and the kids loved having a warm place to swim.

Keep Looking!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible! Please don’t make the mistake we did by renting this place. First of all, I rented directly from Seascape because I thought that would be better than renting from other off site companies. Wrong! Their office closes at 5:00 so if you need anything after 5:00, you’re screwed. Our unit was disgusting. With so many other units on the property, there is no reason to rent this run down, DIRTY condo. They had the WORST beds I have ever seen in a rental or hotel. Holiday Inn or Motel 6 would have been better. They were rock hard with thin, worn, stained bedspreads. Spiders and spider webs greeted us at the door. The fridge was covered in rust stains. The INSIDE of the kitchen cabinets were dusty with little dead flies. The sofa was awful!! You would sink into worn out creaky springs covered in stained upholstery with holes worn through. There is almost zero counter space in the bathrooms. The shower was moldy and the water pressure was non-existent. I have no faith that anyone listened to our complaints and contacted the owners. The towels were thin and hard - again, think cheap motel. The ceiling fans had 3” pull chains that were unreachable. Why?? I’ll stop there, but I could go on and on. Please don’t even rent this if you are desperate. Would give it negative stars if I could.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th stay in rental units at Majestic Sun. Unfortunately, this was probably our least favorite unit because of the following issues: 1)Numerous dead roaches on the floor when we arrived 2)Very dirty oven burner pans on stove 3) Old blood stains on the underside of the bedspread in the 2nd bedroom 4) LIVE roaches were found every day of our stay, over 20 in total, even after spraying after we got there 5) Bed was not well made/fitted in the 2nd bedroom 6)The couch was very worn with rips and stains on the cushions 7) Very small balcony with a very limited view due to walls.

It was advertised as fully updated, and besides countertops, kitchen sink & faucet, the condo is not updated! The furniture is worn out and not clean. We saw 3 roaches, and the so-called free beach service was so far from the condo, we could not use.
