Large 120m2 family house with 5000m2 enclosed garden and grounds, sea view, Calvi citadel and mountain.
Quiet without being isolated, surrounded by scrub near a wine estate, 5 minutes from the village of Calenzana, 5 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from Calvi (7km).
Large 50m2 living room facing south-west, dining room with fireplace, exposed beams, sea view, Calvi citadel and maquis. Large terrace of 65 m2 equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. 3 bedrooms with double beds, equipped with washbasin and wardrobes. 2 bathrooms with bath / shower and washing machine. 2 separate toilets. Spacious and equipped L-shaped kitchen (gas stove, hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), crockery provided, overlooking the terrace. Parking in front of the house.
Internet access, TV with TNT, DVD player.

Rental conditions:

Preferably, minimum rental 15 days in high season, from Saturday to Saturday.

We require 25% deposit upon booking, as well as a deposit check of 300 Euros.

On request: final cleaning: 80 €, complete linen kit: 50 € for 6 pers. (3 sets of bed linen, towels, bath mat, tea towels).

Reception on site to take care of the delivery of keys, inventory and exit, as well as cleaning on request.
