This Condo Worked For Us

This condo worked for our trip with our granddaughters. I have rented many vacation homes through vrbo. This was the first I've rented one managed by vacasa. In the future I think I will avoid units managed by them or similar agencies. You notice a lack of care when you are not dealing with the actual owner. The biggest issue we had with vacasa was calling them to ask about how to connect to the internet. The woman I spoke with looked at her papers and told me there wouldn't be any internet access. When I spoke to the building manager she easily told me how to connect. I didn't bother calling vacasa with other questions.

Overall Ok. The bunk beds are not for older adults. To hard to get in and out. Kitchen was great. No view of the lake just the parking lot and the next condo. Chairs for the table are torn and they are not comfortable sit on. WIFI did not work. Deck is not private neighbors are right next to you.
