This newly furnished and decorated 2 bedroom villa with a brand new king mattress, and sleeper sofa, accommodates up to 6 guests.The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bath and cable TV. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds and cable. Villa B4 offers HD TV, DVD, movie choices, surround sound, and wireless internet services. Fully screened lanai offers seating and privacy shades for your morning coffee and paper, relaxation and dinner. Walk just a few minutes from Villa B4 to the white soft sand of Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, known to be the beach of choice in the Sarasota area. B4 is also close to the pool, recreation room with library, ping pong and pool table, and laundry facilities. The Casa Blanca Condominiums are convenient to the restaurants of Siesta Key, Publix, and shopping galore at the Sarasota Pavilion. You will be just 10 minutes from down town Sarasota and a short drive to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. Additional Person fees may apply.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 previous reviews provided-hard copy at checkout, and on lineMicrowave should be "under the counter" to free up limited counter space.New counter in master bath did not have handles on the drawers. very difficult to open.Mold at bottom of main shower doors# of chairs, silverware do not allow for 6 people as advertisedPull out couch/bed very uncomfortable to sit on

Clean and Cute

Overall, very enjoyable. Our villa was clean and "cute". The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice sized! However, a 9:00 pm closing was surprising as that's the best time for adults to get in a quick swim at the end of the day. Additionally, it would have been nice to have towel service as it was provided only after 10 days. I would have brought more pool towels from home if I had known this was a problem or issue.
