Good Crash Pad and Great Location

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for your stay and is minutes (by car) to everything. Very pet friendly everywhere. Highly recommend.

Smelly unit

An odor like cigarette smell persists in the unit. Our contact promised to send some one to check it out, but it lasted throughout our 11 days of stay. We all developed severe sore throats and stuffed noses which lasted for several days even after our return. We don't know if this is what caused it. But we suspect this odor. The unit has been well renovated but the front windows are old and insulation is poor. The unit is close to heavy traffic on 38 Avenue. As a result, it was noisy and difficult for guests to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The promised welcome email never arrived. One final point - the owner is hard to communicate as his replies to emails are sporadic.
