Experience uninterrupted tranquility this spring and summer at Beachside II! Our newly remodeled beachfront building is now open, and all construction has concluded! Minor additional work to resume in fall of 2024.

Located on the beach side of Sandestin Resort, our 5th floor studio at Beachside II features plush furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony and unbeatable views of the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to all the amazing amenities Sandestin Resort has to offer, guests can enjoy Beachside’s seasonally heated pool, BBQ area, fitness facility, tram service, free parking, and private beach boardwalk. Hop on the golf cart and head over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf or take a ride around the resort and check out the beautiful scenery! No matter what you’re doing, fun is never far away at 4247 Beachside II!

4247 Beachside II offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. In addition to full-size appliances, our spacious kitchen offers a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, and traditional drip coffee machine. The dining area features a table with seating for four and a charming window seat. Designed with comfort in mind, our beachfront studio offers plush furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, and a luxurious king bed overlooking the sand and surf. The bathroom has been newly updated and features a single vanity and spacious walk-in shower with custom tile.

For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit, and high-speed WIFI is complimentary. Guests are also welcomed to use the golf cart at no additional charge. The Beachside II pool is seasonally heated, and there is direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk. Guests can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the beach hut, bring them from home or are welcome to use the umbrella and two beach chairs provided in our unit. Tram service to The Village of Baytowne is included.

Sandestin Resort offers something for everybody. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts, basketball courts and an on-site fitness center. The 98 slip Marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. Climb aboard the Solaris dinner cruise boat for an extraordinary evening of live entertainment and fine dining set against the backdrop of a picturesque sunset and shimmering waters. Shoppers will delight in a variety of specialty boutiques at The Village of Baytowne, Grand Boulevard or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. For those in need of a little rejuvenation a full-service spa is available. Jolee Island offers nature paths, rock climbing, water slides, pirate ships, and tree houses. At the end of the day, The Village of Baytowne offers casual dining, fine dining and live entertainment whether relaxing at the pier or dancing the night away in a nightclub.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
