Wonderful beachfront condo with 2 queen beds, full kitchen, microwave and nice tub/shower with built in hair dryer.
The best part is that it is on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the dunes and ocean from its gulf side gated patio, complete with nice chairs and ottomans.
Only 20 feet from the boardwalk to the beach or 50 feet to the refreshing pool.
No stairs to climb while bringing in cooler, groceries, clothes and kiddos!
Excellent shopping, restaurants plus Whataburger, Sonic, pizzerias or use one of our mony BBQ grill areas to cook out.

***There are some condo owners doing some remodeling and you may hear and see some construction workers during the day***

Quiet and Relaxing

We really enjoyed this place; it was quiet and super relaxing. A very short walk to the beach. It was perfect and delightful.

Good coast experience

Overall, the property is well maintained, pools are clean, room was clean. However - our unit did not have good AC. We had a studio condo and it had a hotel-type AC unit in the wall. Filters were clean, but unit was NOT cooling the room. Between the heat and humidity, I ended up going to ACE hardware on the island and buying a fan. The room did have a ceiling fan, but it was way too small and completely inadequate for the room, didn't move air at all.

It was nice

Stayed here with my mom and my little one. It was conveniently located by the beach boardwalk. The after hours security staff was nice and friendly. Looks just like the listing online. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with small children. Probably best for a couple for a brief stay. There wasn’t enough space to place our bags/clothes. No functional dresser, just a closet in the kitchen with a 4x3 chest to place things on or hang up. The visible sheets on the bottom level of the bed needed to be changed-there was a huge brown stain on it. One of the lamps wasn’t working at all. The light on the microwave wasn’t working which is an inconvenience if you need a night light on to get around in the night, which I do for my little one. The glass door is hard to open, you have to lift it up in order to open it to slide it back. The a/c at night didn’t seem to cool enough, my kiddo got hot. We had it set to 62 and it was still warm, but I’m sure the temps in the 100s recently affects that.

Nice place to stay

This was a week long trip for 2 ladies in our 60's. The 1st floor location was great as was the proximity to the beach. The condo was comfortable & cozy. Parking was great. Wish it had been a bit cleaner, but we could overlook that for all the positives. Would book again!
