Great Affordable House for Family of 4 in Avalon
The house was very clean and was perfect for our family of 4 to spend a week in Avalon. The floorplan worked for us with two bedrooms in the back of the house that we utilized and the bathroom is right there too. The front bedroom was nice with the twin beds but our children are small and we wanted them right next to our bedroom not on the other side of the house. The street was quiet especially during the week. The location was only two blocks from two beach access paths to a beautiful and less populated beach than some other areas and it was only 1/2 mile from the front door to sitting on the beach which was great. The beach path was also packed down which meant the stroller and wagon full of stuff rolled nicely to the beach. The house also had a great yard with patio set on a deck with a retractable awning which was a nice perk to have some outdoor space and a grill. The WiFi was up to date as well and allowed for easy streaming on iPads etc... We also were able to walk into town but it is a long walk about a mile each way to get to the start of town. We definitely hope to visit Avalon again in the future and would definitely stay at this home again.
