Base Camp 115 is a large, ski-in/ski-out, 2 bedroom/2 bath, first floor, corner condo that offers the best of Granby Ranch any time of the year! This lovely home is in an ideal location, steps from the base lodge, which allows for quick and easy access to the ski lifts at Granby Ranch, hiking and biking trails, world class golfing and fishing. Just head downstairs and out the back door to begin your ski or bike adventures!

What do you love about your home?
We love the location of ski in and ski out of the Base Camp Condominium properties. We are right at the base of the mountain with ski lifts just out the door. Wrap up the day with apres ski in the community area that has a real wood fire pit, picnic tables and barbecues or relax in the heated pool and hot tub! With the lodge and restaurants just a short walk away, you can easily enjoy the evening out at the Bistro. It is set up to engage the whole family in a way that not many other Base Camp units can.

What makes your home especially unique?
We have it set up to maximize the family living space with a great kitchen island, large dinner table and a comfy sectional/pull out sofa to lounge in. It is very kid friendly with games, DVDs and a few toys to create special family memories. We have one of the bedrooms set up with 2 bunk beds allowing for 4 kids/adults to sleep in their own beds, along with a queen bed in the master suite and a pull out bed that can accommodate two people. Also, having a corner unit with a fire exit on one side allows this unit to be very private and quiet.

The location of Base Camp 115 is perfect for enjoying the whole day on the slopes while taking hot chocolate break or lunch break in the comfort of your own condo. If you want to relax your body after a hard day on the slopes or enjoying the outdoors, then this is the place for you!
We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay! We also have local resources standing by, if needed.
Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, balcony and grill are available for your full use. The community pool, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round.

Granby Ranch has recently changed their policy for guest use of the community pool and community trails. Here are the details:

Pool: If you would like to use the community pool or hot tub, you will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $10 (per person, per day). Children 8 and under are free and this also includes access to the clubhouse, game room and fitness center. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice.

Trails: Granby Ranch is a little different from other ski resorts on federal land. Consisting of trails on primarily private land, all guests riding or hiking on either cross country trails or our lift-accessed downhill network must possess a valid pass or ticket product. Guests must also sign a waiver. Rates and tickets are available on the Granby Ranch website. One exception to this requirement is the Granby-to-Fraser trail, which does not require a pass or waiver.

Base Camp 115 is a large, ski-in/ski-out, 2 bedroom/2 bath, first floor, corner condo that offers the best of Granby Ranch any time of the year! Located within the Base Camp One condo building, Base Camp 115 has so much to offer. This spacious 1,100 square foot home is the largest 2 bedroom, 2 full bath floor plan in the building and has everything you need for a comfortable stay (updated finishes, tasteful furniture, and modern electronics). Perfect for families, this property can sleep 6 adults plus an additional two children on the full size pull-out couch. Parking is a breeze with the heated underground garage. You can arrive at Granby Ranch, park your car, unload your bags on a luggage cart and take the elevator up to the unit. No bundling up and trudging through the ice and snow to unload for your vacation.

The condo includes a gas fireplace, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and large open concept living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain getaway. A balcony overlooking the pool provides space to fire up the grill or relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

After a long day on the slopes, you will find convenient storage for your gear with a dedicated storage locker available for your use on the main level of the complex. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite show on one of the 3 TVs in the main living area and both bedrooms.

Kitchen:

The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances and an outdoor grill. Included in the kitchen are supplies for cooking and baking, including utensils and knives. Dishes and glassware, as well as a crock pot, toaster oven, blender and griddle are also in this fully stocked kitchen. The unit also provides both a k-cup machine and a regular coffee maker.

Master Suite (sleeps 2): features a queen size bed, connected bathroom, TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet

2nd bedroom (sleeps up to 4): 4 twin bunk beds and TV

Living Area (sleeps 2): Sleeper sofa in living area

This home has 2 full bathrooms, both include a tub and shower

OCCUPANCY: Due to HOA restrictions, the maximum number of adults who can stay at this unit is 6. Two additional children may stay as well, but the maximum number of guests is 8.

Spring Break Ski Trip
We had the best trip! This condo was perfect for us! You cannot beat the ski in/out location and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well-equipped if you plan to cook. If not, several great restaurants are nearby. The hosts provided detailed instructions and promptly replied when we had questions. Highly recommend!
