Great location but..

I give the apartment three stars because of the location. The kitchen is well equipped although it would have been helpful if there were microwave and washing machine instructions. The bathroom was so small a large person could not have used it. The living room does not have a comfortable place to sit. The sofa was a futon and very uncomfortable To sit on. There are no other chairs except the ones used for the table. The street can get noisy particularly at night.
