Jaco is located on the central pacific coast of Costa Rica, the closest beach at one hour from the airport. Known worlwide for surfing, it also is one of the most florishing beaches of Costa Rica due to his geographic situation. You also have at walking distance, dining, shopping, supermarkets ... 2 month holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this property, our family stayed down there for 2 months. The property manager was very quick to reply and help with anything that was needed. The staff at the complex were so wonderful and were happy to interact. The sunsets from this condo were incredible and couldn’t have asked for a better view. Our only disappointment was that the playground was gone when we arrived and it was one of the main factors as to why we booked here as we have 3 little children. The listing has now been updated but we wish we were updated on this change. Would highly recommend this place, close walk to the beach and wonderful community of people.

Fun and easy for the family

This property has a great location and view. Our kids had a blast here. The pool is perfect for all ages. They have a shallow section that was wonderful for my two year old. Loved that they had a rice cooker also. There are tvs in each room. The pictures actually have different beds completely than the rooms and there is no longer a playground. Please keep that in mind when booking. The property manager was responsive and check in and out were both easy.

One word: SPEECHLESS!!!

Phil and Anik make us very welcome…great place close to the beach and all the hot spots. It was a perfect stay for the whole family. It felt also very safe. The Condo is brand new, the pool is amazing, our four daughters really enjoyed! There is also alot of things to do in Jaco Area. We will definatly come back very soon, Anik and Phil are superb Hosts!

Simply perfect, from A to Z

What an amazing place. I’ve simply enjoyed every aspect of it, starting from the hosts to the location. Great place, clean and peaceful. I definitely recommand it to anyone who likes upper scale at a reasonable price. Looking forward to go back next year!
