Nestled between the sea and the forest, the villa offers an enchanting panorama that spans a gulf bordered by Cefalù promontory and Pollina promontory .
At a short distance from the small and friendly hamlet of St. Ambrogio, the property is located within the Natural Park of the Madonie, in a environment still intact, rich in Mediterranean vegetation.
Ideal for a relaxing stay in the middle of nature, in a corner of paradise suspended between the forest named 'bosco Guarnieri' and the sea .
The villa is decorated with a comfortable and a large infinity pool, facing the sea.
Surrounded by a large garden, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, a relaxation area, a large roof terrace and two kitchens, one external with an outdoor barbecue and pizza oven and one internal with fridge and freezer, gas coocker, electric oven, and other conforts.
There are also all the modern comforts (satellite TV - internet connection, washing machine and dishwasher).

Fantastic place to stay.

We had a fabulous time. The drive up the mountain, especially in the dark, was a bit daunting. However, the view when you get there is out of this world. Angelo was the perfect host. Any queries were answered immediately. I would highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful secluded villa with sprawling views

We had a wonderful week at this property, tucked away in a nature reserve overlooking the see and Cefalú. Angelo was very prompt getting back to us when we had questions and led us to the villa from a meeting point. As the other guests said the drive is not for the faint hearted, but we managed with a small Lancia. The village of Sant Ambrogio below has a couple of lovely restaurants and a small shop we walked a couple of times, which makes good exercise -, but for a bigger supermarket you'll need to drive to Cefalu. The villa has everything you need, including a gas barbecue. We can highly recommend this villa, you can see the sunrise ans sunset, and on clear nights we could do stargazing and see Venus.

Family holiday

We stayed in the villa for a week in June and it is a perfect holiday retreat. The terrace and infinity pool are deeply relaxing and luxurious, surrounded in tranquil countryside. The villa itself is lovely, very well equipped and calm. Everything you could need is there from free wifi to an outdoor kitchen if you want to have a BBQ. Angelo is a great host supported by Ernesto the caretaker of the villa who is very helpful - all the communication was clear and timely. Nearby Cefalu is beautiful reached by an amazing coast road. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Relax and chill

Excellent hoste and villa, pool amazing, View amazing. Quiet and remote. Village lovely with a few excellent restaurants and bars. Quite high on hillside, car a must as walk up to villa is steep. Overall had a really nice stay. Cefalu only a 15mins drive.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Etwas beschwerliche Zufahrt durch den Wald, sehr gut ausgestattet mit tollem Blick. Außenanlagen und Pool ausgezeichnet, die beiden Zimmer mit Einzelbetten sind etwas dürftig, 1 Matratze davon wäre auszutauschen, leider wenig freie Ablageflächen im Haus, weil alles mit dekorativem Porzellan vollgestellt ist. Der Preis ist doch etwas überhöht.

A long time ago I fell in love with Sant'Ambrogio, a small hamlet of the city of Cefalu, and with much effort I first bought the land and then built the house that I decided to rent.
I decided to rent the house to get the money necessary to make it even more beautiful, further improving the garden.
